This is a decent no-frills establishment for good food at a reasonable price. All the food is good, especially the sausage. The chicken is cooked well and wasn't dry. The bbq beans were good. The house "hot" bbq sauce had a good flavor, but could have used some more heat. The service was very good. Large open seating area. There were recent country tunes playing.
My husband and I discovered Outlaws by fluke that was 18 years ago. I came here today to remember him he passed away a year ago tomorrow I miss him terribly. Scarlett took my order today and I told her about him and our 1st time eating here. She was so sweet and sympathetic. Pretty sure I bored her no I'm just joking she was truly sweet. Anyway I got the Brisket Baker with sliced Brisket on the side.The Loaded Potato was excellent and the Sliced Brisket was lean and sliced thin it was very good I enjoyed every single bite of the Brisket. I went back up and got a Turtle Brownie for dessert. It too was delicious enjoyed every bite. It's a bittersweet day but a great time to remember him Randy enjoyed all the times we came here. Thank YouScarlett for making it feel so special today!! lol
Speaking from someone from that's from South Louisiana. They have the best Red Beans in Central Louisiana. My cashier Brandy had the best attitude . I believe she has management potential.
A very good place to have a great meal. Jolie was a fantastic waitress and took excellent care of us. would recommend this place to anyone
